जीवालगाचे दुख कमी करून

आपल्या सुखात त्यांना वाटेकरू करणारे

असेच असते ना जीवन ?

गोर-गरीब, दुखी, कष्टी

लोकांच्या वेदना पाहून

गहिवरलेल्या मनाची साद ऐकून

त्यांना मदतीचा हात देणे

असेच असते ना जीवन ?

मरण हे सर्वांना येणार

माझा हि अंत आहे

पण, मरणा आधी मला माझा

समाज व कुंटुंबासाटीची कर्तव्य पार

पडण्याची धड-पड असणे
